Cancellation Policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them, provided the items have not been prepared or dispatched.

2. CANCELLATION METHOD:

To cancel, contact our customer support via phone or WhatsApp with your order ID.

3. POST-DISPATCH:

Orders once dispatched or prepared are not eligible for cancellation.

4. NON-RESPONSIVE ORDERS:

Orders with incorrect or unreachable contact details may be cancelled at our discretion without refund.
