• All sweets are freshly prepared and may have a limited shelf life.

• Minimum order value may apply for certain delivery zones.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed on our platform are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

1. Non-availability of the product
2. Errors in the pricing or product description
3. Payment failure or fraud detection

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeline shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location, public holidays, and product availability. New Surya Sweets is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, images, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of New Surya Sweets and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

New Surya Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
